  1. Before returning your order:
    please contact PDI at +1-819-772-7777 or 1-800-HARVARD to obtain a return code or complete the form below.

  2. No returned goods will be accepted without prior written authorization.

  3. Reason for return:
    • PDI error: a full refund including shipping fees incurred will be issued upon receipt of the package.
    • Client error: PDI will refund the value of the goods returned less shipping fees.

  4. All returns must be sent via governmental postal services (US Mail or Canada Post). Parcels returned by other services will be refused.
